    PayPal Balance at 4 May 2022 = $451.27. Domain renewal fees ($60.51) and Arizona Corporation Commission ($10) paid since last meeting
  3. Board Elections: 
    1. Seth’s term is ending
    2. Luther and Roger are at mid-term
    3. Will discuss in more detail
  4. Technical Work
    1. Reviewed status from last meeting
    2. Arranged to have technical team meetings bi-weekly
