  1. Minutes of the previous meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting are accepted as agreed by email discussion
  2. Legal Status. Discussion about progress with Caritas. That process has run to completion and they have filed our annual report with the Arizona Corporation Commission for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. This brings us back into good standing with the State of Arizona. Roger will advise the Bank of America what our new business address is after advice from Caritas via Richard.
  3. Finances. Roger has almost completed an analysis of the Bank of America and PayPal statements to generate a set of accounts covering the period 1 Jan 2012 to 12 December 2017. These will be published on a year by year basis when complete.
  4. Annual Report. Richard will start the drafting of an annual report for members that will coincide with the creation of annual accounts for each of the last 6 years.
  5. Technical Work. Richard reported that the next batch of public drafts was still some way off due to unforeseen complexities with ELF’s extensibility mechanism. Good progress has been made on two new drafts, a Basic Concepts document containing common low-level functionality and a Triples Discovery document with functionality to allow applications to find out a bit about unknown third-party components.  It was agreed that the TSC would aim to release these as public drafts in late January.
  6. Outreach. Tony would like to re-engage the Founding Members, and keep them updated with our progress.
  7. Next Meeting. The next FHISO Board Meeting will be 23 January 2018 at 1800 UTC (1pm EST).

Meeting adjourned about 1930 UTC.
